Web Space Setup

The web space account must be setup by calling technical support. 

Please be ready to give the technical support representative a user name and a password for the new account. 

Information need from technical support:

• Host name
  Ex. home.cableco.com
• Username
  Ex. username@home.cableco.com
• URL
  Ex. home.cableco.com/username
• Username/Password
  Supplied by customer. Can not be changed online. Must call in to High Speed Technical Support.
