Due to security features in place to protect customers who use their personal web space for storage, it is not possible to view the parent directory of uploaded files by browsing to the URL. To view the files in a browser, the exact filename will have to be typed into the address bar.

For example: if the file is named teapot.gif, and the URL of your web space is http://home.noname.com/user, it would be needed to type in the address bar: http://home.noname.com/user/teapot.gif.
